According to Mr. Dinh, there are many reasons leading to this situation. For example, the Real Estate Business Law 2014 stipulates that when practicing as a real estate broker, a practicing certificate is required, but no training is required. This is a major inadequacy, which is the reason that up to 90% of real estate brokers do not have the basic knowledge of brokers. While the organization of certification tests in many localities is also very weak and lacking, leading to the situation that only about 10% of real estate brokers have practice certificates. And even if you have a practicing certificate in accordance with the law, your qualifications and brokerage capacity are sometimes not high. There are many exchanges when operating that did not comply with the regulations to register, to report the results of operations to the regulatory agency. Many exchanges become the main object of creating "earth fever", manipulate the real estate market in many localities, causing bad consequences for the sustainable development of the real estate market in particular and the local economy in general. Like real estate brokers, real estate exchanges that are really professional, really comply with the law only account for about 10%, Mr. Dinh added.
Brokers do not simply introduce products
